ARRIVAL TIME

Please check in at reception at least 15 mins prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

 

VALUABLES

The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Please consider other patrons using the space. All mobile phones are to be turned off during treatment and no children are allowed in the treatment rooms. Clients who have heart conditions, high blood pressure or other medical complications are advised to consult with their doctors before having any spa treatment.

 

PREGNANCY

Please advise us on booking if you are currently pregnant or trying to conceive. Due to medical reasons we are unable to perform body treatments, including massage, on those trying to conceive or in the first trimester of their pregnancy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly provide us with a 24hr cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of your appointment will be subject to time availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full charge will be imposed for a “No Show”. This also applies to all Gift Vouchers.

 

REFUND POLICY

All gift vouchers are non refundable for cash.
